How do I listen to Frisk Radio on DAB?
Frisk Radio is available on DAB in Newcastle, Gateshead, and most of Tyneside.
Most DAB radios will automatically stay up to date with a list of available stations.
On your DAB Radio, Look for a Services List button and press it.
Scroll through the list, which is usually alphabetical, and look for Frisk Radio.
You will find us on one of the following multiplexes
- Tynemouth & South Shields
- Newcastle/Gateshead
