How do I listen to Frisk Radio on DAB?

Frisk Radio is available on DAB in Newcastle, Gateshead, most of Tyneside, Darlington, Bishop Auckland, Middlesbrough and Redcar.

Most DAB radios will automatically stay up to date with a list of available stations.

On your DAB Radio, Look for a Services List button and press it.

Scroll through the list, which is usually alphabetical, and look for Frisk Radio.
