Where to Start with ANOTR
Three tracks and three albums: that's all you need to understand how ANOTR built something that lasted beyond the initial breakthrough.
Start with the breakthrough
"Talk to You" featuring 54 Ultra made ANOTR a household name in 2026. It topped the WARM Global Dance Radio chart and hit number 21 on the UK Singles Chart. Groovy, disco-soaked house with a hook that doesn't let go. This is the clearest snapshot of what the duo do best. Start here, no question.
Add the foundation
Once "Talk to You" has you hooked, wind the clock back to 2022. "Relax My Eyes" with Abel Balder peaked at number 33 on the UK charts and shows you where ANOTR's sound came from before the big crossover moment. Hypnotic, minimal, built for repeat listens rather than radio. Understanding the foundation makes the breakthrough make sense.
Then add the range
"Silver Lines" with Emily Warren from 2026 rounds out the three-track picture. It's different flavour to "Talk to You", proof that ANOTR aren't chasing one formula. Hearing it alongside the other two shows you the actual range they work with, the different vocal collaborators they attract, and the different moods they can create while staying true to the groove.
Work through the albums in order
From here, work through the albums chronologically. "The Reset" (2022) shows the early sound before the mainstream breakthrough. "On A Trip" (2025), written during creative retreats in Ibiza, Los Angeles and the Netherlands with Cimafunk, PAMÉ and Leven Kali along for the ride, shows them getting more ambitious without losing touch with what made them matter in the first place. "Withness" (2026) is their newest record and the best sense you'll get of where they're heading next.
Why live matters
ANOTR are a genuine festival act. You'll find them at Tomorrowland, Awakenings and ADE most years. Their own NO ART label and festival in Amsterdam, founded in 2017, is a direct line into the world they've built around this music. They're not just making songs. They're building something bigger.
