Walking for Wellbeing at The Word
Open to everybody, these brilliant "Walking for Wellbeing" walks are free to attend and you don't need to sign up!
Simply turn up on the day for some fresh air, good company and a pleasant ramble.
The walks start and finish at The Word in South Shields.
* Tuesday 10th Decemeber, 1pm - Gypsies Green and Pier Head (4 miles)
* Tuesday 17th December, 1pm, - Tynemouth (3.2 miles) Take a fare/travel card for the ferry.
* Tuesday 24th December, 1pm - Little Haven Beach and Herd Groyne (3.3miles)
* Tuesday 31st December, 1pm - Westoe Cemetery and Bents Park (2.3miles)
