Try Tag Rugby
Sunday 12 April, 14:30
Come and learn the basics of Tag Rugby at this free taster session.
This is a great first step towards a fitter and healthier lifestyle, and you can meet like minded people who are looking for a fun new activity. There’s no tackling in Tag Rugby, so enjoy all the thrills of Rugby with reduced risk of injury. They play in mixed games of men and women, and there is no commitment to join (but they obviously hope you'll love it!)
This free session is open to anyone 18+. Interested? Get a place booked - all the details, including the link to register can be found on the Frisk List.
