Sunderland Armed Forces Weekend

The SUNDERLAND ARMED FORCES WEEKEND is back for its 14th year!.
There will be military vehicles, military associations and groups to speak to, information on cadets, a fly over by a Spitfire and a Hurricane plane, and local charities including those supporting veterans.
During the day, reenactment groups will recreate scenes from the 1300's to modern times. There's living villages and encampments, live music and performances, a fun fair, a dog show, market village, street food, and much much more.
It is going to be a fun packed weekend celebrating our city's military serving and veteran personnel and their families. It runs:
- Sat 29th: 10am – 7pm
- Sun 30th: 10am – 4:30pm
