RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch
Sunday 25 January, 23:45
The Big Garden Birdwatch is the world’s largest garden wildlife survey. Every year, hundreds of thousands of nature lovers like you take part, helping to build a picture of how garden birds are faring. Last year, over half a million people took part, counting a whopping 9.1 million birds!
How to take part:
- Get your free guide and any supplies, such as bird food and feeders.
- Pick an hour between 23rd and 25th January, and record the birds that land in your garden.
- Tell the RSPB what you saw (even if that’s nothing at all)! You can submit your results online or by post.
Every bird you do – or don’t – count will give a valuable insight into how garden birds are faring. All the links to sign up are in the Frisk List.
