The Manor House Hotel and Spa in West Auckland is hosting a special wellbeing event on Sunday 12th April and again on 11th October, from 10am till 3pm.
You’ll be able to meet experienced specialists offering taster treatments and therapies, giving you a gentle introduction to alternative medicine. There’ll be opportunities for spiritual readings, sound and energy healing, plus intuitive art and creative experiences.
It’s completely free to attend, so you can pop in, explore and see what resonates with you.
