A chance for your child to find calm and feel empowered, with local author and youth worker Holly Taylor.
This is the perfect interactive mindful workshop for children aged 4-11
The workshop will include an interactive telling of her storybook ' The Magic Inside of Me', alongside a mindfulness-based session with yoga, singing bowls and a mindful craft.
