FREE Community Beach Yoga

Come together for this FREE monthly community yoga on the golden sands of King Edward's Bay, nestled beneath the iconic Tynemouth Priory and Castle. It is 45 minutes of yoga followed by an optional dip or chill on the beach afterwards.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
This is a FREE event but please register so they know how many teachers and spaces we be needed. All the links can be found on the Frisk List.
