Fireworks at the Fort

Bring your oohs and aahs to Fireworks at the Fort and see the night sky light up over the River Tyne where Swan Hunter used to launch its ships.

Entry to the museum is free after 4pm so join in with the family-friendly craft activities, explore the museum exhibits, then choose the best spot outside to watch the display at 6.30pm.

Please note: dogs will not be permitted on site during the event, and visitors arriving with dogs will be refused admittance. There is no parking onsite during the event. We recommend walking if you live nearby or coming by bus or Metro. The nearest Metro station is Wallsend.
