Family Fun Bike Rides - Every Saturday
Saturday 05 July, 11:00
Check your tyres, oil your chain, and get the kids out of the house every Saturday morning with these FREE family friendly bike rides, organised by Easy Riders North East.
Your ride leader Mark will take you along some traffic-free routes, aiming for play parks and other kid-friendly destinations. Children riding their own bikes or in child carriers are welcome. Easy Riders also have 5 free to loan bikes parents can reserve to cycle alongside their children in case you don't have your own.
This is suitable for children aged 10 years old or over, with an adult guardian who is also a competent cyclist. The exact route on the day will be determined by the preference of those present.
Meet at Tyne View Health Hub, off Rose Street, Gateshead NE8 2LS by 11am. There is plentiful parking and access to toilets on-site.
