Exploring botanical art
Fancy kicking off 2026 with something a bit creative? There’s a brilliant botanical art workshop happening at Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens.
It’s on Thursday 15th January at 1pm, and it’s a relaxed, arty afternoon just for adults. You’ll explore treasures from the museum collection, head outside for a bit of nature-inspired creativity, then settle in with a cuppa to create your own mixed-media botanical artwork.
All materials are included, no experience needed — just turn up, get inspired and enjoy a really lovely start to the new year.
Tickets need to be booked in advance, and you’ll find the link waiting for you on the Frisk List.
All details correct at time of press. For up-to-date information, contact the organiser or venue direct.
