After over 500 entries, one very special dog is about to become the face of the show programme for this year’s North East Dog Festival, happening on the 22nd & 23rd of August. We need you to decide who wins...
The winner of the public vote will be on the front cover of this year's festival show programme which is available throughout the weekend and are also available to download before the big event.
The winner will get a professional photoshoot courtesy of Rebecca Ashworth-Earle, North East dog photographer, and an image will be chosen from the shoot for the front cover. Plus the winner will get weekend tickets for the festival and festival goodies.
The North East Dog Festival celebrates it's 11th year at Kirkley Hall, Northumberland on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd of August 2026. There's a whole heap of things to see and do with over 120 trade stands from well known brands and returning festival favourites, to the main area displays. Plus, there's even have-a-go activities for your dogs to get involved too.
It's a great family day out, and not just for dog owners! The North East Dog Festival proudly supports local businesses, and welcomes rescue dogs, working dogs and pet dogs alike.
