Ormskirk Gingerbread Festival 2025

The Ormskirk Gingerbread Festival is back — and it’s shaping up to be a brilliant day out across the town centre. You can expect:
- FREE kids' rides and family fun
- Music and street entertainment around every corner
- Local traders, artisan stalls and indie makers

FREE Park & Ride - free, quick, and drops you right near the action!
- The church will be open on the day too — well worth a visit if you’ve never stepped inside! Ormskirk’s history is full of surprises, and of course, there’ll be plenty of nods to their gingerbread-making roots too
- Many of our town centre shops, cafés and bars will be joining in
- And of course — Ormskirk’s famous gingerbread!
The Festival runs between 10am and 4pm. This year’s festival has received funding from the UK Government via West Lancashire Borough Council, along with a generous donation from Merseyrail, meaning FREE entry, FREE entertainment, and a fantastic day for all ages!
