Have a go at Archery Sessions

Give archery a go with the Bowmen of Backworth. They run several free "Have a go days" throughout the year, where you can try archery regardless of age or experience. Booking is not required, and they provide all necessary equipment and guidance
The events in 2024 are on the following Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM:
- May 4th
- June 1st
- July 6th
- August 3rd
- September 7th
They're based at Backworth Hall, just follow the signs to the archery range. You may wish to bring footwear suitable for a grassy field.
